IMMA HOLD IT DOWN BACK-A-TOWN:I was born New Orleans, LA. R. Ross Vontoure aka "Mista Paper" was born to June Vontoure and raised in (SLI-TOWN,LOUISIANA)(THE BAY,MISSISSIPPI)AS the only child and had to make due by all means. Always looking up to his uncle Paco, he learned alot at an early age, but running with his elder friends put him on the military path that wasn't for me so i got in the lab and started writing .Before I start talking about myself, I want to say thanks to everyone who has visited my page, added me as a friend, and definitely thanks for all of the positive comments and inspirational words. I am on a mission. I am about to take as many people as I can on this mission with me. For me, music is personal and real and I want to share it with the world. My mission is to show the world that hard work, talent and perserverance are really the only things we need to succeed. So I am about to put out an album. I am going to put it all on the line too. No holdin back. I, like a lot of people have been hurt, so I can write about pain. I have loved, so I can write about love. I have cried, so I can write about tears. I have lost, so i can write about losing. But I don't want this journey to just be about me. I want this to be about US. So get ready to join me on a long ride and I promise you I will give you everything that I got. There will be a lot of surprises on the way, so make sure you stay on the train. By the way, I have written over 2,000 songs.
