Formed in September 2005, Makeshift Alibi is an explosive fusion of rock, punk, grunge, metal, and alternative sounds. Their fiercely compelling music is rivaled only by their intensely dynamic stage show.
To date, Makeshift Alibi has released one demo cd with songs Ashes, Days I Never Knew, Nevertheless, Conflicted, and Rapidfire Revenge, and has played shows all across British Columbia, most notably at the Bluff in Kelowna with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cheap Trick, Stefan Wolf, and others.
They are currently recording a full-length album with Recording engineer and fellow musician Eric Hogg (formerly of Limestone).
